Amy’s Story
Book Amy Graves
Speaker · Author · Creator of the Hidden Consumer Framework™
One framework. Five formats. Every talk ends with the math.
Your marketing dashboard says you’re winning. Your bank account says otherwise. Amy Graves speaks on the gap between what organizations say and what they actually sell—and what that gap costs in customer loyalty, employee retention, and revenue.

Who She Is
Amy Graves is the founder of Hidden Consumers Consulting and author of The Hidden Consumer: Uncovering the Power of Health-Conscious Buyers. She turned a failing retail store from $400,000 to $8.5 million in two years—without new product, renovation, or added ad spend—by replacing manipulation with information.
She’s also the customer her framework describes: after a decade-long medical odyssey through thirteen doctors, rare diagnoses, and severe food allergies, she became the label-reading, research-backed consumer that brands can’t afford to lose.
She has been speaking since 2010, when she shared her story with high school students and HOSA–Future Health Professionals chapters. Today her audiences are executives. The story is the same: when people get complete, honest information, everything downstream improves.

The Framework
The Hidden Consumer Framework™ — a registered, trademarked methodology measuring the gap between what a brand claims and what it sells. Five dimensions. Fifty points. Real numbers, real consequences.
