2019 had ended with the e-commerce client losing 60% of the big box stores they had sold their product in. 2020 helped them survive but as the year came to a close, they needed help to diversify and get sales directly.


Starting in January 2021 we worked to tighten up their language behind who their ideal client was and implemented it onto the website. Infrastructure was also put in place to help the process.
