2019 had ended with the ecommerce client losing roughly 60% of the big box stores they had been selling their product to.

In 2020, the pandemic helped them survive. As the year came to a close they knew they needed help to diversify sales.

Solutions

January 2021, we came on board to help them launch a new website.

We tightened up their ideal client language, built a new site, and worked the client on updating exsisiting software infrastructure.
